Day 1:
Arrive anytime up to 7pm. Check In.
Meet for introductions and Welcome Dinner at 8pm.
Receive your first writing assignment.
 

Day 2 to Day 6:
every morning - WORKSHOPS

Review each day's assignments, then
move on to practical exercises
to ignite the creative processes.

every afternoon - TIME TO WRITE

Time to yourself to think, walk, talk,
and work on assignments.


Individual Tutorials:
The most important and productive
part of the Course.
These daily one-to-one sessions are a valuable chance for personal time with the the tutors to concentrate on your writing and the particular needs of your project.

  every evening -
 RELAXATION

Continue with your writing or get together with other members of the group to chat before you sit back and enjoy one of Jean-Luc's delicious four-course dinners.  Then take a late stroll in Saint Cere or relax at The Victor Hugo and let your characters and story continue to develop in your mind before retiring to bed.

Day 7:

A review of your work and progress through the week.
Final Individual Tutorial:
to map out your writing plan for the road ahead.
Farewell dinner.

Please Note: Two typewriters will be available on a shared basis, otherwise writers should bring their own laptop computers or work with pen and notepad.
